Application and Operation Principles

MKR-03 : Industrial type Monophase Motor Protection relays are required to operate at a certain voltage ranges in order to reach productivity and not to get damaged for that reason. Unsettled voltage ranges and fluctuations above the set limits may cause inconveniences and damages. MKR-03 is specially designed to overcome such problems on motor. Switching on adjustability at low voltage ranges (140-200= makes the relay switches on and the LED is on if the supply voltage is in between the set values and then motor starts. The relay switches off and the LED is off when the voltage is below the set values or exceeds 240V and then motor stops. Motor will restart provided that the supply voltage reaches at the set values.
NOTES : MKR-03 is the best-used for the monophase motor being under the negative effect of low/high voltages
No auxiliary contact is requared under 1KW

MSR-0X : MSR-0X is used to sequence motors in row of regular order in following to switching the pressures (P1, P2, P3) buttons on. Motor operating priority is allocated by the relay due to which motor was switched off the earliest disregarding of pressure(P1, P2, P3) switching on order. In case of the need, other motors are to be switched on the operation in due order of the motor -break.
Main purpose to use MSR-0X type relays is to extend the motor life by means of the above said operating functions.
